It consists of Edward Steichen’s two key exhibitions from his time as an exhibition curator for the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), New York and that were bequeathed to his native country Luxembourg in the 1960ies.
Entirely restored, comprising pictures of the most renowned photographers, they form today two iconic ensembles of the humanist and documentary photography of the 20th century.
Today, the two collections are exhibited permanently at Clervaux Castle and at the Waassertuerm+Pomhouse in Dudelange.
